Uninstalling Mashup

To uninstall, open Shopify's Apps menu, find Mashup, click the trash icon, and confirm. Uninstallation:
- Cancels any active Mashup subscription at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Leaves all Mashup-published pages live on your theme (they continue to work, since they are just Shopify templates at that point).
- Disables the Mashup theme app embed (widgets stop rendering).
- Preserves your Mashup data for 90 days. If you reinstall within that window, everything returns as it was. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted.
If you want a clean slate and never plan to return, contact us at privacy@mashupai.io and we will delete your data immediately on request rather than after the 90-day window.
