Custom Prompts and Aspect Ratios

Writing Good Prompts

If the presets do not match your need, write your own prompt. The studio guides the model toward product photography, so you do not have to specify "product shot" — just describe the scene.

Prompts that work well:

  • "On a marble bathroom counter, soft morning light, with a folded white towel and a small green plant in the background."
  • "Held in the hand of a person walking on a beach at sunset, warm tones, slightly motion-blurred."
  • "Floating against a gradient pastel pink background, soft shadow, e-commerce style."

Prompts that work less well:

  • "Make it look amazing" (no specific guidance).
  • "Photoshop the logo larger" (the model generates fresh imagery rather than editing — you cannot use it as a photo editor).
  • "Replace the existing image but keep everything the same" (the model always generates fresh imagery; if you want minimal change, generate one image and use it instead).

Aspect Ratios

Available aspect ratios:

  • 1:1 (square) — Best for product grids, lookbook pages, social media.
  • 4:5 (portrait) — Best for product page hero shots on mobile.
  • 3:4 (portrait, taller) — Best for editorial layouts.
  • 16:9 (landscape) — Best for hero banners and wide editorial.
  • 9:16 (vertical) — Best for stories, reels, and full-bleed mobile sections.
  • 2:3 (portrait) — Classic editorial aspect ratio.

If your final destination is a specific page section, picking the right aspect ratio at generation time is significantly better than cropping after the fact — cropping loses pixels and may compose the subject poorly.
