Mashup is the AI theme builder for Shopify. We help you turn a product link — from your own Shopify catalog, from Amazon, from AliExpress, or from any product URL on the open web — into a polished, conversion-ready storefront page in a matter of minutes.
You do not need design experience. You do not need a copywriter. You do not need to learn Liquid, the Shopify theme language. Mashup handles the design, the writing, the imagery, and the technical work of publishing back to your live theme.
This Help Center covers every screen, every button, every quota, and every error message you might encounter. We have written it to be useful both as a tutorial that you read top-to-bottom on your first day, and as a reference you return to when you have a specific question. Sections are independent, so feel free to jump straight to the one you need.
A note on language: throughout this document, "the app" means Mashup running inside your Shopify admin. "Your store" means your Shopify storefront — the public website your customers see. "Your theme" means the active Shopify theme that powers your storefront.
